Some interventions may provide immediate solutions.  Others will take a little longer. We will agree the way forward, the number of required sessions and any associated costs.

The brain works best through repetition.  To ensure success, we need to allow the new knowledge, thought process, or activity to be actioned allowing enough time for the new knowledge and information to be used.

Whether individual or organisation change, it has to be encouraged and supported by the environment that it will be exposed to. Current ways of thinking and doing may need to be examined so they don’t suppress or kill the very change you wish to make. Regular reviews and measurement may also be essential to allow accurate feedback.
